A.Yes. Immaculate’s staff is uniformed and expertly trained to clean a myriad of surfaces. Our cleaning associates will arrive at your home in an Immaculate Cleaning Service company vehicle.

Q. What methods of payment do you accept?
A. Our preferred method of payment is monthly by standing order. We will accept cash and cheques.

Q. How do I cancel or change a scheduled cleaning?
A. Just call us 12 hours in advance.

Q. Do you offer a referral program?
A. . But of course! Refer a friend or foe, and if they become a client for three months, you receive £20. It's that simple!

A. We utilise Numatic International Henry vacuums

A. We tested over twenty environmentally-friendly and non-toxic cleaning products to arrive at our selected high performance product line up. It is part of our competitive advantage to keep our selections a guarded secret. No worries… we gladly share our trade secrets with our clients.

A. Immaculate UK is based out of Wokingham, Berkshire. Immaculate US is based out of Redlands, California.

A. Each home is as unique as the people living in them. The price to clean your home is based on many factors. The size of your home and the frequency of your requested cleanings are some of the variables. It is nearly impossible to provide an accurate estimate over the telephone. Q. Must I be home when you arrive to clean my home?
A. Not necessary. Most of our clients are busy professionals and they provide us with a copy of their home keys which we keep in a locked safe. Your safety and trust is very important to us. We are fully insured.
